Our working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, providing a structured schedule that promotes work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments to optimize patient recovery.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and contribute to a culture of learning within the practice.
  • Document patient progress diligently, ensuring accurate record-keeping that reflects changes in treatment approaches and outcomes.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested by management to support center operations and patient care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients with a range of orthopedic issues. Your expertise will guide them through customized rehabilitation programs that promote mobility, strength, and overall well-being, ensuring that each patient receives mindful and individualized care.

Qualifications
  • A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
  • A current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of New Jersey.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering physical therapy services in a clinical setting.
  • Proficiency in orthopedic rehabilitation techniques and familiarity with a wide range of physical therapy modalities.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to relate effectively to patients of all ages and their families.
Preferred Experience

While 2 years of experience is required, we highly value those who can demonstrate advanced skills in specific therapeutic modalities or those who have additional certifications in specialized fields related to physical therapy. You will also benefit from the ability to foster rapport with patients to encourage compliance and motivation throughout their recovery process.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this full-time position is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health and vision insurance, paid time off, and continuing education credits.
