In this position, you will take on several key responsibilities that directly impact clients’ mental well-being:

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the client's unique needs, history, and goals for treatment.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities tailored to each client.
• Facilitate engaging and supportive individual therapy sessions, utilizing techniques that promote personal growth and emotional resilience.
• Set achievable therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitoring their progress and adapting treatment approaches as necessary.
• Offer teletherapy options to accommodate clients who may face logistical challenges in accessing in-person care.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of session notes and treatment plans, adhering to ethical standards and best practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional training and development to refine skills and stay updated with the latest mental health trends.

Your role will primarily focus on clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our diverse client population includes individuals from various backgrounds, age groups, and demographic profiles, providing you with the opportunity to apply your expertise in different contexts and therapeutic interventions.

• Valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients’ experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.

We value candidates with prior experience in diverse clinical settings and modalities. Familiarity with online therapy platforms and remote counseling techniques is highly desired. Experience in group therapy facilitation or specialized approaches, such as trauma-informed care or cognitive behavioral therapy, will be beneficial.

Rethink Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 yearly, based on your caseload and experience. In addition to comprehensive pay, our benefits package includes:
