Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver personalized therapy sessions, employing various evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and monitor their progress throughout treatment to ensure continued growth and improvement.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to provide virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients facing transportation or mobility challenges.
• Maintain accurate client documentation in compliance with ethical and professional standards, including progress notes and treatment plans.
• Engage regularly in professional development activities to stay current with best practices and enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. You will provide support to those seeking to process their thoughts and feelings, cope with stressors, and navigate life transitions. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients and foster trust.
• An empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental attitude, essential for effective counseling.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle a diverse caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with:

• Experience in teletherapy and familiarity with digital tools for remote counseling.
• Specialized training or certifications in areas such as trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy, or family therapy.
• Previous work in a private practice setting or community mental health organization.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload volume. Our benefits package includes:
