Job Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and sales opportunities for the company
  • Answer inbound customer calls and respond to messages through platforms such as Google and Yelp
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers as needed
  • Educate customers on company services, products, and treatment options
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns and retention-related issues
  • Build and maintain positive, professional customer relationships
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and 5-Star communication standards
  • Stay up to date on company services, procedures, and policies
  • Work collaboratively with team members and management


Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have previous sales and customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication tonality
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable learning and working within multiple computer systems
  • Self-motivated and results-driven

  • Experience in selling Pest Control services and knowledge of Field Routes software preferred
