Retail Sales Lead Generator Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers inside retail locations to start conversations and build interest in our services
- Qualify prospects by asking key questions and identifying needs
- Schedule in-home sales and service appointments for our Comfort Consultants
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly lead generation and appointment-setting targets
- Follow company scripts, guidelines, and compliance requirements
- Always represent HL Bowman and our retail partners with professionalism
- Participate in regular training, role-playing, and coaching sessions
- Track and record customer interactions and appointments in CRM tools
- Assist with in-store promotions, associate relationship building, seasonal events, and brand awareness activities
- Maintain a clean, professional display area and follow all retail store protocols
Retail Sales Lead Generator Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, field canvassing, retail sales, lead generation, or promotions required
- Outgoing personality with the ability to initiate conversations with strangers
