Company Description
CEM is looking for a creative, self-starter with outreach and client relationship skills to join our outbound sales team as a Senior Sales Lead for our outbound sales team. You will help us grow our HR and Payroll software business in New York/New Jersey Metropolitan area through strategic lead generation, research, and cold outreach via phone calls and emails. You will also use your experience in sales to mentor the outbound sales team, lead the development of our onboarding and training, and work with management to refine our sales strategy, messaging, and sales process. You will be given attainable monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals to meet for which you'll earn additional income under our extremely competitive commission plan.
You should have a passion for selling and a desire to part of a fun, dynamic team. Compensation is competitive base salary and commission on sales.
Must be Customer service oriented, have the ability to work in a team environment, and possess strong skills in both written and verbal communication. The right candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented, and have creativity, problem solving and decision making skills. Should be proficient in data entry, and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams). The right candidate will have a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
Compensation is a combination of a base salary plus commissions. A successful sales lead can earn $50,000 - $100,000 and more.
