At Hilton Garden Inn Miami, Dolphin Mall, we are currently seeking highly motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates should possess a deep passion for delivering exceptional food and service experiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome and seat guests in the dining room; efficiently take and deliver food and beverages according to established service procedures.
  • Deliver food promptly and professionally while upholding food safety and sanitation standards; proactively attend to additional requests and needs of guests.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of menu items and ingredients; provide guidance on food and drink pairings and accommodate reasonable requests and preferences; demonstrate familiarity with specialized diets and allergens when necessary.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery and accommodation of special requests.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to work harmoniously with others; remain flexible and patient when interacting with guests and colleagues.
  • Collect tickets and adhere to proper cash-handling procedures.
  • Uphold a clean, safe, and orderly environment for guests.
  • Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information shared by guests.
  • Promptly address and relay complaints or issues to the supervisor.
  • Ensure proper setup and cleanup of the dining room before and after service, while meeting sanitation standards.
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned.
