Job description

Ultimately, as a Regional Director, you will drive business sales within a defined region. YOUR FOCUS (JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES):
You will drive performance and profitability for your region through your people. You will focus efforts on hiring the best talent and developing existing team members. To be successful in this role, assess the strengths of your team and create plans to address gaps in performance. You will create strategic plans and follow through to execution. You will communicate the plan effectively to drive action with our frontline team. You will defend EGET with every interaction with customers and employees.
You will also:
• Lead your District Managers to ensure the success of their region by continually communicating, training and motivating them.
• Continuously recruit, promote, hire, train and coach District Managers capable of promoting the success of Victra as well as oversee District Managers in the external hiring and internal promotion of the Store Manager role.
• Collaborate with District Managers on building excellent sales teams through attracting and retaining the best talent.
• Drive EGET culture across the region and defend our sales standards.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of the store sales staff to accomplish sales, productivity, and profit goals.
• Review store sales and productivity data, and gap manage to drive the behavioral change needed to attain targets.
• Work daily to manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targeted sales goals through leading by example and effective coaching.
• Partner with Victra Executives to develop plans of action to achieve initiatives, specifically financial and profitability goals.
• Serve as the primary link between Victra's corporate executive operations and store sales operations by providing continual feedback to Victra's leadership about the trends, goals, and needs of your respective region and the effectiveness of our company programs, products, policies, and procedures.
• Clearly communicate our company's objectives, priorities, policies and procedures to District and Store Managers.
• Oversee and ensure the integrity of all operations within your region.
• Constantly communicate the status, progress, and needs of his/her region to the Store Support Center and all necessary departments.
• Ensure that visible merchandising standards are met and stores are always visit ready.
• Regularly visits all stores in Region to inspire, train, and motivate employees.
• Other duties as assigned.
YOUR BACKGROUND (REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS):
You are willing to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to help the team win. Your effectiveness in taking care of external business contacts while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude is a requirement for this position. You should bring a level of enthusiasm, organizational and leadership ability and an inquisitive mind. A background that includes motivating and leading a team to success is highly favored. We are also looking for you to bring the following:
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
• A minimum of 4 years of multi-unit experience required.
• Prior track record of achievement in sales positions, demonstrating significant accountability and achieving targets for respective areas.
• Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; wireless retail field sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus)
