I. Job Summary

Oversees planning and execution of strategic and cross-functional projects. This role will partner with Operational and Digital leaders to drive execution on strategic initiatives. 

 

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  Other minor duties may be assigned. 

  • Lead planning and execution of serving as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and functional delivery teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define, refine, and manage project scope, schedule, and budget, including navigating evolving or ambiguous requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource forecasts, and status reporting to ensure alignment with business priorities.
  • Facilitate effective communication across functions, proactively identifying risks, issues, and decision points.
  • Prepare and present clear project performance updates (status, risks, dependencies, tradeoffs) to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Influence and negotiate priorities, scope adjustments, and delivery tradeoffs while maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Establish and maintain project governance, documentation, and controls appropriate for project size and complexity.
  • Support continuous improvement of project management practices as project volume and complexity increase.
  • Coach and guide project team members, reinforcing accountability, collaboration, and delivery discipline.
     
III. Supervisory Responsibilities

The highest level of supervisory skills required in this job is the management of non-supervisory employees.  

 
IV. Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

 

A. Education and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED(accredited) and four years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience: Five years of relevant work experience.

B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

  • Working understanding of Agile & Waterfall approaches to Digital Projects
  • Project management certification (PMP, CSM, or equivalent) preferred
  • Willingness to pursue formal project management certification post-hire if not already obtained 
     

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

  • Ability to excel in a fluid and fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including oral and written
  • Ability to appropriately apply Change Management tools/techniques
  • Flexibility to travel for business needs, up to 15%

The expected base pay range for this on-site position is $95700 - $140288 . This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.


In addition, this position is eligible for bonus.
