Job Title: Temporary Recruiter
Location: West Springfield, MA 
Supports: 1 location
Schedule: Full-time, flexible start between 7:30–9:00 AM
Compensation: Salary, $21.00 hourly

What We’re Looking For
· Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred, but not required)
· Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing.
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills
· Ability to work independently
· Comfortable managing a full recruiting cycle from sourcing to offer
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Work Environment & Schedule
· Onsite at West Springfield location
· Flexible start time between 7:30–9:00 AM
· Standard 40-hour workweek
