Temporary Estimator
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Position Type: Temporary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Estimator to assist with preparing customer quotes, bids, pricing, and invoices. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with numbers, reviewing detailed information, and communicating professionally with customers and internal team members.
Responsibilities
  • Review customer quote requests and supporting information for accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare customer quotes utilizing internal resources and support personnel as needed
  • Create and submit bids to customers within required deadlines
  • Calculate and itemize costs associated with services provided
  • Prepare cost and price estimates using a variety of established criteria
  • Review pricing information to ensure quotes and estimates are accurate
  • Prepare and distribute customer invoices as jobs are completed
  • Respond to and clarify customer questions regarding invoices, pricing, or services
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding company pricing, customer information, and other business practices
  • Maintain organized and accurate documentation related to quotes, bids, and invoices
  • Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • Previous experience with estimating, quoting, pricing, invoicing, or a related administrative function preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Comfortable working with pricing, costs, and basic calculations
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple quotes and deadlines simultaneously
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn company systems
  • Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Pay: $21.00 per hour
