We are now hiring energetic, relationship-oriented people to join America's Antique Mall! Now filling Full Time Team Leader positions!

From fostering relationships with our many shoppers and vendors to running the cash register and keeping America's Antique Mall looking fabulous, you will love the variety in your day as a member of America's Antique Mall Team!

As an Team Leader, you will:

  • Provide customer service to shoppers and vendors.
  • Operate a register and check guests out.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the store.
  • Have accountability with opening and closing the store.
  • Support the leadership team in the daily operations of a retail store.
  • Must be available to work nights and weekends as needed.

Key Criteria/Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
  • At least 2 years of experience in one of the following areas
    • Customer service
    • Supervising
    • Retail Sales
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Strong understanding of sales and customer service techniques
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
