Maui Brewing Co. Kihei is looking for a top-notch Greeter to join our craft 'ohana!

Job Title: Greeter/Retail

Location: Maui Brewing Co. Kihei - 605 Lipoa Parkway, Kihei, Hawai'i

Status: Full-Time or Part-Time

Pay Rate: $14.75/hour + tips (dependent on shift & sales)

Tips: $10.00-$15.00 average hourly tip rate (dependent on shift & sales) - paid weekly via Branch™!

Summary of Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the retail store, keep merchandise stocked, and help guests with retail purchases
  • Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and manage the waitlist
  • Ensure compliance with MBCR's Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines and local liquor laws
  • Support the FOH team with various tasks.
  • Follow all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines

Summary of Qualifications:

  • You have some experience in customer service preferred
  • You are personable, get along great with others and know how to be a team player
  • You have weekend availability (Friday - Sunday)
