Your Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales goals (measured daily, weekly, and monthly).
  • Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
  • Consult with customers on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning options, and educate them on the Golden Rules of Tanning while ensuring all company and legal guidelines are followed
  • Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
  • Handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties.
  • Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.

What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Retail, Customer Service or Sales Experience helpful, but not required.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours per day.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
  • Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
