About the Role:
We're hiring a Retail Account Management Director to lead partnerships with top-tier regional and national retail pharmacy chains-the household names that shape how millions of Americans access care.
This role is not about servicing accounts-it's about orchestrating growth. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with senior stakeholders at enterprise retailers, helping them leverage GoodRx's pricing, platform, and marketing tools to drive performance and innovation at scale.
You'll be the connective tissue between our retail clients and cross-functional teams at GoodRx-including Retail contracting, Network Operations, marketing, and pricing analytics-ensuring alignment and execution on mission-critical initiatives.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact position for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to unlock value within complex organizations.
What You'll Do:
  • Own strategic relationships with regional and national pharmacy partners-serving as their primary point of contact, advocate, and growth advisor.
  • Drive collaborative business planning, forecasting, and execution of key initiatives that enhance pull-through, margin performance, and patient engagement.
  • Identify and activate high-leverage programs across: pricing, marketing, tech integrations, and loyalty strategies.
  • Navigate multi-layered client orgs, from C-suite to field ops, aligning on shared goals and timelines.
  • Lead proposal development for new initiatives and renewal cycles, with full ownership of scope, value modeling, and delivery planning.
  • Present client performance reviews and growth roadmaps in person and virtually to executive audiences.
  • Track KPIs, gather partner feedback, and surface insights that influence Network Operations , pricing, and strategic direction at GoodRx.
  • Established people manager with a focus on performance coaching and overall team growth
  • Travel regularly (20-40%) for strategic planning sessions, business reviews, and industry events/conferences.

You're a Great Fit If You Have:
  • 8 years with a Master's degree or 12 years with a Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related advanced degree a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, business development, or strategic partnerships in retail pharmacy, healthcare.
  • Proven success managing complex, high-volume accounts-ideally national or enterprise-level clients.
  • Fluency in pharmacy economics (margin, reimbursement, cost-to-fill), patient access, and point-of-sale operations.
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with experience influencing senior-level stakeholders.
  • Experience writing and leading multi-stakeholder proposals and navigating long sales cycles.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with retail contracting, Network operations, program implementation, marketing, and pricing analytics to align internal execution with client expectations.
  • Highly proficient with business tools: Excel, Google Workspace, PowerPoint/Slides, and collaboration platforms.
