● Negotiating promotional programs, seasonal campaigns, and co-op marketing

opportunities with retail partners

● Coordinating product placement, planogram compliance, and in-store merchandising

to maximize visibility and sell-through

● Monitoring and analyzing retail sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to

● Collaborating with internal marketing, operations, and product teams to align on

● Managing retailer vendor portals, order workflows, and compliance requirements (e.g.,

EDI, packaging specs, labeling standards)

● Identifying and prospecting new big-box, hardware, and independent retail partners to

● Demonstrated experience working directly with a major brick-and-mortar retailer such

as Home Depot, Lowe's, Ace Hardware, or similar

● Proven track record of growing a retail channel, hitting revenue targets, and managing

large, complex accounts

● Deep familiarity with retailer systems, processes, and compliance requirements

(vendor portals, EDI, planograms, promotional structures)

● Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence at

multiple levels within a retail organization

● Analytical mindset with experience using POS and sell-through data to inform strategy

● Self-starter comfortable working in a lean startup environment with a high degree of

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to both internal

leadership and external partners

● Familiarity with tools such as Hubspot, GSuite, Slack, and retail vendor portals

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Who Are You:

● You like to have fun, but get stuff done.

● You're a natural relationship-builder who knows how to navigate large retailer

organizations and get things across the finish line.

● You think like an owner — you see gaps in the channel and take initiative to close

● You thrive in a fast-moving startup environment and can juggle strategic priorities

alongside day-to-day account demands.

● You're energized by building something new, not just maintaining the status quo.
