Midwest Remediation is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to join our team full-time in Indianapolis, IN. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing insurance-based reconstruction projects-not remodeling-from initial estimates through successful completion. You'll oversee a working subcontractor base across all major trades and ensure job costing, performance, and documentation stay on track.Throughout each day, you'll guide teams performing tasks like drywall, carpentry, painting, and flooring, while keeping stakeholders informed and updating all project files using CRM and job/project management software.
