Overview:
A Dunkin' Network Trainer is generally responsible for implementing training and training systems within a network to uphold brand standards, for providing restaurant teams with training focused on great guest service, and for maintaining those training systems to ensure clean, safe, and organized restaurant operations. This role requires a passion for facilitation and an understanding of best practices for adult education.
Responsibilities Include:
โข Lead and implement sustainable training systems for your network, restaurant and team
โข Offer guidance, coaching and support to managers as they work to maintain sustainable training systems in each restaurant
โข Work to gain an in-depth knowledge of brand standards, recipes, and systems
โข Know and follow food safety standards
โข Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer both team member and guest questions
โข Design and implement sustainable training systems in restaurants to ensure highest levels of safety, guest service, and cleanliness
โข Monitor employee response to training and adapt training as needed for individual learners
โข Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations
โข Work closely with directors, above restaurant leaders, restaurant managers, and teams to develop and implement training and professional development opportunities
โข Provide opportunities for best practice sharing throughout the network
Education/Experience:
โข Training certificate or relevant experience preferred

โข Standing on feet
โข Repetitive motion, including bending, stooping, and reaching
โข Lifting objects, including boxes, ice, and products up to 20lbs (if applicable)
