Description:
A Restaurant Support Center Associate is responsible for the following:
o Understand the operation of the business in accordance with restaurant Operations Manual, as it relates to your assigned areas of responsibility.
o Create and maintain a positive work environment.
o Achieve the sales levels and financial profitability of the Company in accordance with goals outlined by the shareholders of the Company.
o Promote the Company within the buildings where the restaurants are located and within the communities that they serve.
o Supervise and evaluate Associates as necessary to meet the operational and financial objectives of the Company.
o Clean and maintain the Company's facilities and equipment. Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly.
o Work a schedule that is effective to maximize the operational and financial objectives of the Company.
o Order supplies necessary for the operation of the Company's restaurants and office facilities while maintaining cost controls.
o Maintain financial control over inventory in the Company's restaurants and office facilities.
o Submit financial reports as required by your supervisor.
o Comply with the Company's vacation policy.
o Comply with the Company's gift policy.
o Comply with the Company's travel policy.
o Comply with the Company's paid holiday policy.
o Comply with the Restaurant Support Center Dress Code.
