General Help - Hydro-Québec Food Service (Québec City)

Aramark is currently seeking a General Help employee for the Hydro-Québec food service operation in Québec City.

Position: General Help

Location: Hydro-Québec (2625 Boulevard Lebourgneuf, Québec, QC G2C 1S2)

Salary: $18.00 per hour

Schedule / Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Start Date: Immediate

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform general food preparation duties in the kitchen.
  • Complete daily mise en place and workstation setup.
  • Assist with lunch service.
  • Operate the cash register.
  • Stock and replenish refrigerators.
  • Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties.
  • Help receive and put away orders and deliveries.
  • Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in the general cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen.
  • Follow all established safety regulations and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in food service or the restaurant industry (asset).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset, as some of our clients are English-speaking.
