What is a restaurant staff?

Their positions can include servers, hosts, cooks, dishwashers, bartenders, and bussers, each with specific responsibilities such as taking orders, preparing food, serving dishes, and maintaining cleanliness. Restaurant staff work together as a team to provide efficient service, high-quality food, and a welcoming atmosphere. They often work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on the restaurant's schedule.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a restaurant staff member, and why are they important?
