Restaurant Manager – BelAir Cantina

Do you enjoy leading from the floor, developing a great team, and creating memorable experiences for guests?

We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who brings positive energy, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach to every shift. You’ll play an important role in daily restaurant operations while helping the team deliver excellent food, genuine hospitality, and consistent results.

What You’ll Do

As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll help lead daily restaurant operations by:

  • Leading shifts and keeping the restaurant organized, welcoming, and guest-ready
  • Coaching, motivating, and supporting hourly team members
  • Delivering exceptional hospitality and responding to guest concerns
  • Ensuring food, beverage, service, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
  • Conducting pre-shift meetings and communicating daily priorities
  • Supporting team member training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Monitoring labor, sales, product quality, and other shift-level results
  • Completing opening, closing, cash-handling, and administrative responsibilities
  • Maintaining compliance with food safety, alcohol service, workplace safety, and company policies
  • Working closely with the General Manager and other managers to achieve restaurant goals
  • Helping create a respectful, accountable, and enjoyable workplace
  • Supporting other company locations when occasional business needs arise
What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate is a confident, organized, and energetic leader who enjoys working alongside the team and taking ownership of the guest experience.

Qualifications include:

  • At least one to three years of restaurant leadership or management experience
  • Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience leading busy restaurant shifts
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm and professional
  • Basic knowledge of scheduling, labor management, inventory, and cost controls
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Reliable transportation
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

A current Wisconsin Food Manager Certification and local operator’s license are preferred. We can assist the selected candidate with required certifications and eligible licensing expenses.

Schedule and Work Environment
  • Five-day workweek with two scheduled days off
  • Approximately 45 or more hours per week, based on business needs
  • Must be available to work a combination of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • This is an in-person, hands-on restaurant leadership position
  • Occasional travel to other company locations may be required

Physical Requirements
