We are seeking an Operations Manager to help lead and optimize the front and back of house, ensuring that every aspect of the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.


Job Description:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all administrative, operational, and organizational aspects of the restaurant. This role requires a strategic, detail-oriented professional who can implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), streamline processes, and support both FOH and BOH teams to deliver flawless service.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Manage daily operations of the restaurantโ€™s front and back of house to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable service.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs across all areas, including reservations, guest service, kitchen workflows, and inventory management.

  • Oversee administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and compliance.

  • Monitor operational systems and tools, including Toast, Microsoft Office, OpenTable, Resy, and other restaurant technology.

  • Collaborate with management, chefs, and service leadership to identify operational gaps and implement improvements.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop staff to ensure adherence to operational standards and service excellence.

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure profitability and efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards at all times.


Requirements and Qualifications:



  • Minimum 2ย years of experience in restaurant operations management, preferably in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
