This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about developing teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving operational excellence, and building strong community connections.

As the leader of the restaurant, you will create a culture where team members feel supported, guests feel genuinely welcomed, and the business consistently delivers strong financial and operational results.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, food quality, and operational standards
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop management and hourly team members
  • Drive sales growth, profitability, labor management, and cost controls
  • Manage full P&L performance, budgeting, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, labor, and licensing regulations
  • Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and high-performing restaurant environment
  • Resolve guest concerns and foster a positive, hospitality-driven culture
  • Build strong community relationships and support local marketing initiatives

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience in a full-service casual or upscale casual scratch kitchen environment or high-volume scratch kitchen fast casual environment
