Ford's Fish Shack is more than just a seafood restaurant. We are known for our delicious Wicked Pissah Oysters, fresh-off-the-hook seafood, and providing an exceptional dining experience in Northern Virginia. As a General Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our restaurant and delivering top-notch service to our guests.

Job Overview:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the restaurant operations including managing labor and costs
  • Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings
  • Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members
  • Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional service
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
