Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, food quality, and operational standards
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop management and hourly team members
  • Drive sales growth, profitability, labor management, and cost controls
  • Manage full P&L performance, budgeting, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, labor, and licensing regulations
  • Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and high-performing restaurant environment
