Dragon Alley – Huntsville

Full-Time Expo

We’re looking for a solid expo to join the team at Dragon Alley. This role is all about keeping the line moving, making sure plates are right, and helping both the kitchen and front of house stay in sync during service. As well as coordinating with the food runners to get the dishes quickly and accurately to the tables. Expos may also have to help run dishes during busy periods or short staffing moments.

You’ll be working the pass, organizing tickets, checking dishes before they go out, and helping control the flow when things get busy.

What we need:

  • Someone fast, organized, and reliable
  • Good communication with both BOH and FOH
  • Can handle pressure and stay focused during rushes
  • Must have verifiable experience as an expo or food runner for at least 1 year.
