We’re looking for an accomplished Restaurant District Manager to lead a group of high-performing restaurants in the Lafayette, IN market. THE OPPORTUNITY

As Restaurant District Manager, you’ll oversee approximately 6-7 restaurant locations, providing leadership, coaching, and operational direction to your General Managers.

You won’t just manage numbers, you’ll develop leaders, strengthen restaurants, and build a winning district.

What You’ll Do

• Coach, mentor, and develop Restaurant General Managers
• Build strong management teams and identify future leaders
• Drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance
• Improve guest satisfaction and operational execution
• Manage labor, food costs, and controllable expenses
• Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and brand excellence
• Identify performance opportunities and create plans that deliver measurable results
• Lead the successful rollout of new products, programs, and company initiatives
• Create a culture built around accountability, recognition, teamwork, and results
