Indianapolis, IN 
Up to $60k starting base salary plus bonus paid monthly

 
Since a pair of veteran restaurateurs opened the original near Dallas in 2005, our client has busted out to 85 locations in 25 states, with plans to unleash more to serve other untapped markets. We even scored a 2010 "Hot Concept!" award from the trade periodical Nation's Restaurant News. We just opened our 85th restaurant and are projected to open 10 more in 2022

About the opportunity:
Our client is growing faster than you can imagine. We just opened our 25th restaurant and are projected to have 50 open by the end of 2014! We're seeking full-time restaurant managers with the need to succeed in an exciting environment like ours. Chief responsibilities of managers include motivating and coaching a talented hourly staff to deliver authentic experiences to our guests and upholding top-notch standards in food and beverage quality in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere. Responsibilities also include other management tasks to ensure profitability and sound operations, such as inventory control and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
Typical Responsibilities:
  • Controls day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team
  • Ensures OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met
  • Controls profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
  • Recruits, interviews, and hires team members, conducts performance appraisals, takes discipline action, motivates and trains
  • Ensures maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a preventative maintenance program
  • Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
  • Ensures complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing programs
  • Ensures a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team
 
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Must have high volume experience of at least $3.0 million or above
  • You must have worked as a salaried Manager for at least 2 years
  • You must be at least 21 years old
  • You must have full flexibility with your schedule
  • Good longevity in current and past positions
