A restaurant district manager oversees the daily operations of a number of restaurants, typically a chain, in a specific region. Your duties and responsibilities range from human resources management, operational, sales, compliance, and budgeting audits, and assessing customer service and customer satisfaction at each franchise. As a district manager, you have input into hiring and training across your restaurants, and you are responsible for ensuring employee performance meets your company’s standards. You must travel, visiting each restaurant in your district, meeting with managers to discuss the location’s profits, performance, and efficiency and addressing any issues they report.
