Restaurant Manager – High-Volume Chicago Style Family Restaurant
Location: Tucson, AZ
Employment Type: Full-Time


We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at a busy, high-volume Chicago Style Family Restaurant. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with a strong operational mindset, excellent people management skills, and a commitment to delivering consistent quality and guest satisfaction in a family-oriented dining environment.


Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
• Lead, train, and develop team members to ensure operational excellence
• Maintain company standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and service
• Create and manage employee schedules while controlling labor costs
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor regulations
• Address guest concerns professionally and effectively
• Complete required reporting and administrative duties


Qualifications
• Previous restaurant management experience in a high-volume, family dining environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Title 4 liquor knowledge preferred
