Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Restaurant Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences in Dallas, Texas. Working closely with the General Manager, you will lead a team of professionals, maintain high standards, and drive the success of the restaurant in Dallas, Texas.


Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Train and support restaurant staff to achieve excellence.
  • Oversee staff schedules, ensuring compliance and optimal performance.
  • Conduct timely and constructive disciplinary or coaching meetings.
  • Manage employee discipline and terminations in alignment with company policies.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Supervise food preparation, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering an outstanding dining experience.
