Job description

Title: Restaurant District Manager – Multi-Unit

Location: Peoria, IL (covering locations within ~50 miles)

Pay: [$90,000 – $100,000 / yr + bonus]

A growing national restaurant brand is hiring an Area Manager to lead multiple locations. You'll partner with General Managers to grow sales, develop leaders, and hold brand and operational standards across the district. This is a hands-on role; the best Area Managers here lead from the floor, not the office.

What you'll own

  • Sales and profit growth across your district
  • Coaching and developing GMs into stronger leaders
  • Guest satisfaction, speed of service, and food safety standards
  • Labor, food cost, and cash variance control

What you bring
