Senior Program Manager

PROGRAM MANAGER Engineering and Manufacturing Environment

SUMMARY The Program Manager leads multiple programs across development and production phases in a fast paced engineering and manufacturing environment. This role is a key member of the management team and is responsible for driving schedule performance, coordinating cross functional execution, and ensuring customer commitments are met. The ideal candidate is hands on, organized, and thrives in a dynamic setting where technical products and complex workflows intersect.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Program Scheduling - Own the overall program schedule and ensure alignment with customer statements of work and internal deliverables.
  • Customer Communication - Provide clear, consistent updates to customers regarding program status, risks, and developments.
  • Cross Functional Leadership - Manage multiple programs and drive critical path items to completion while advocating for customer needs across engineering, operations, and production.
  • Schedule Alignment - Work with internal teams to ensure schedule clarity, resource alignment, and timely execution.
  • Issue Identification - Identify blockers, communicate required actions, and recommend solutions to maintain schedule integrity.
  • New Product Introduction - Partner with engineering, operations, and leadership to plan and coordinate new product introduction timelines.
