We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Professional Services team. The Program Manager will be responsible for the oversight and management of complex, multiple projects to ensure the wider objectives of the program are delivered. Daily program activities include focus on governance, delivery performance of the resources and overall project, program and project budgets and timelines, coordination of projects and their interdependencies, stakeholder communication and managing risks and taking corrective measures.This is a hybrid position out of our Lincoln, NE office, with the ability to work 2 days from home.
Responsibilities
  • Plan the overall program and monitor the progress
  • Manage resources including project managers, business analysts, solution engineers
  • Manage project deliverables to ensure they meet the program's goals and objectives
  • Daily program management throughout the program life cycle
  • Define the program governance (controls)
  • Manage risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
  • Coordinate program projects and their interdependencies
  • Work with team leads to schedule and coordinate project team resources
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Manage program and stakeholders' communication
  • Manage program documentation such as the program and project process artifacts
  • Ensure program projects are completed on time, within scope and budget
  • Work with program team to improve project process
  • Help develop and manage program products
  • Perform the Essential Functions/Job Duties of a Project Manager as needed

  • Strong practical experience in project management

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in direct project management or customer facing experience within the technology industry

  • Maintains professionalism in appearance, communications and interactions
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio is preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
  • Certified Scrum Master or previous experience with scrum and agile methodology preferred
  • PMP certification is a plus
