Job Summary:

The Resource Planning Analyst III is responsible for executing modeling, data analysis, and reporting to support planning decisions, ensuring data accuracy and providing actionable insights for resource planning efforts.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Champions a corporate culture that emphasizes transparency, integrity, safety, environmental responsibility, employee development, sense of belonging, customer service, and operational excellence.
โ€ข Prepare and validate data inputs to support resource planning models, aligned with corporate strategies and planning requirements.
โ€ข Execute and support modeling runs, analytical evaluation and reporting, and refine results to support planning scenarios and decision-making.
โ€ข Develop dashboards and reports to communicate planning scenarios, assumptions, and results to stakeholders including senior leadership and committee members
โ€ข Translate model outputs into clear, actionable insights for the Resource Planning team and cross-functional partners.
โ€ข Support ad hoc analysis and scenario updates to respond to evolving planning needs and stakeholder requests.
โ€ข Maintain and enhance Dynamic IRP analytical capabilities and reporting tools.
โ€ข Build proficiency in Plexos and other analytical platforms to support internal and external reporting.
โ€ข Ensure consistency, accuracy, and traceability of data, assumptions, and analytical outputs.
โ€ข Continuously improve analytical methods, tools, and individual capabilities to strengthen team effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering or related field and/or 7+ years of related experience.
โ€ข Ability to negotiate and influence with a consultative approach
โ€ข Strong knowledge of leading practices for their practice area
โ€ข Willingness and ability to learn new technologies on the job
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to communicate complex results to technical and non-technical audiences
โ€ข Proficient at functioning effectively within a team environment, present ideas and opinions in a respective and collegial manner
