Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources professional to join our team at Rebellion Defenses. This position is fully remote and offers an exciting opportunity to lead HR initiatives and support our growing workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company\'s goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR policies and procedures.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract top talent and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Handle employee grievances and mediate conflict resolution when necessary.
  • Maintain and update HR records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
Requirements
