Position Summary

Restoration company is seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Commercial Business Development Manager to drive growth throughout the Central Mississippi market. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships that generate restoration, reconstruction, emergency response, and commercial services opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a true "hunter" who enjoys networking, building relationships, opening doors, and creating opportunities. This position is focused on generating new revenue through commercial property managers, facility managers, healthcare facilities, municipalities, schools, insurance professionals, multifamily housing, and other strategic referral sources.

Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase market share.
  • Generate new commercial and residential referral opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with:
    • Property Managers
    • Facility Managers
    • Multifamily Communities
    • Assisted Living Facilities
    • Nursing Homes
    • Schools & Universities
    • Municipalities
    • Insurance Agents
    • Insurance Adjusters
    • Realtors
    • Commercial Property Owners
  • Conduct face-to-face sales calls and networking meetings.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and community networking functions.
