Handling guest requests, last-minute changes, and occasional complaints while maintaining a positive and professional attitude requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. Effective time management and familiarity with reservation systems help agents stay organized and efficient. Building good relationships with colleagues in other departments, such as front desk and housekeeping, also enhances the ability to resolve guest issues quickly and provide seamless service.
