Responsabilidades Claves
  • Responsable de garantizar una experiencia excepcional para los huespedes del hotel. Lidera y entrena al equipo de servicios al huesped, resolviendo problemas y asegurando que se mantengan altos estandares de calidad en el servicio.

  • Asegurar un check-in y check-out fluido de todos los huespedes, manejando adecuadamente las cuentas de los huespedes.

  • Actuar como punto de contacto para los huespedes, resolviendo eficazmente consultas, quejas y necesidades especiales.

  • Supervisar los procedimientos de check-in y check-out, garantizando eficiencia y satisfaccion del huesped.

  • Conocimiento de todas las funciones de la recepcion, incluyendo centralita, centro de negocios y relaciones con los huespedes, botones y conserjeria.

  • Asegurar que todos los recursos y materiales necesarios esten disponibles para el equipo.

  • Durante las horas pico, estar en la recepcion para garantizar que se brinde un servicio eficiente y fluido a todos los huespedes.

  • Auditar constantemente todo el trabajo en recepcion para asegurar precision y consistencia.

  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboracion con otros departamentos para coordinar servicios y mejorar la experiencia del huesped.

  • Preparar informes sobre el rendimiento del servicio al huesped y presentar sugerencias de mejora.

  • Cierre de caja de los cajeros al final de cada turno.

  • Conocer sobre etiqueta y protocolos.

  • Seguir todas las politicas y procedimientos de seguridad de la empresa; informar sobre accidentes, lesiones y condiciones de trabajo inseguras al gerente; y completar la formacion y certificaciones de seguridad.

  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones laborales positivas con los demas, apoyar al equipo para alcanzar metas comunes y escuchar y responder adecuadamente a las preocupaciones de los demas empleados.

  • Asegurarse de que el uniforme y la apariencia personal esten limpios y sean profesionales, mantener la confidencialidad de la informacion privilegiada.

  • Realizar otras tareas asignadas por el supervisor.

Cualificaciones
  • Orientado a la hospitalidad.

  • Bachillerato en Gerencia Hotelera y Restaurantes, preferiblemente. 

  • Tener habilidades en Opera PMS y MGS.

  • Debe poseer excelentes habilidades de comunicacion escrita y oral, fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, habilidades analiticas y de resolucion de problemas, buenas habilidades de atencion al cliente y habilidades para multitareas.

  • Capaz de manejar situaciones dificiles de manera efectiva.

  • Capaz de trabajar de manera rapida y eficiente, especialmente bajo presion.

  • Flexibilidad para trabajar en varios turnos, incluidos las noches, fines de semana y dias festivos.

  • Totalmente bilingue (espanol/ingles).
