Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, utilizing validated screening tools and methodologies.
  • Craft personalized treatment plans based on the results of assessments, aligning therapeutic goals with each clientโ€™s specific needs.
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.
