• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, utilizing validated screening tools and methodologies.
• Craft personalized treatment plans based on the results of assessments, aligning therapeutic goals with each client’s specific needs.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to deliver integrated care tailored to each client.
• Provide psychoeducation and support to clients' families, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues and encouraging their active involvement in the treatment process.
• Ensure meticulous documentation and record-keeping in accordance with HIPAA regulations and clinic guidelines, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

Our therapists will work with a diverse clientele, comprising individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and demographic backgrounds. We cater to a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • A current, valid license in the state of Massachusetts as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Proven training or extensive experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating expertise in treatment modalities relevant to various mental health disorders.
• Excellent therapeutic skills with an ability to build rapport, motivate clients, and drive their success on the path to recovery.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, ensuring a collaborative approach with the treatment team.

• Experience in a telehealth setting, with proficiency in using telehealth platforms and virtual counseling techniques.
• Specialized training in trauma-informed care, substance use disorders, or other relevant therapeutic areas.
• Familiarity with clinical documentation software and electronic health records (EHR).

• Enjoy a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
