Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed virtual psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths, needs, and potential barriers to treatment.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based methodologies tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that outline measurable goals and interventions necessary for client success.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare providers, ensuring an integrated approach to manage the clients' psychological and physiological well-being.
  • Advocate for clients' rights and access to critical resources, ensuring they have the support needed to thrive in their communities.
  • Document all interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in electronic health records accurately and in a timely manner to maintain the integrity of client data.
