• Conduct comprehensive assessments, evaluating clients' mental health concerns through interviews and standardized tools, to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions, including evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly to ensure effective outcomes.
• Offer telehealth sessions to meet the needs of diverse client populations, ensuring accessibility for individuals facing transportation or mobility challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in training focused on our specific models of care termed 'care pathways,' aimed at enhancing therapeutic approaches.

This role primarily focuses on adults and adolescents seeking mental health support for a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress. By providing tailor-made therapeutic interventions and continuous engagement, our therapists help clients find their path to healing and resilience.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
• Advanced proficiency in technology, including EHR systems and Google suite applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, complemented by a professional, empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to work independently from a home office environment, while ensuring confidentiality with a reliable internet connection.

• At least two years of experience providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, particularly in a telehealth capacity.
• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly adolescents and young adults, is highly valued.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care frameworks.

• Competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
