Quick consulting need for an Epic Certified Resolute PB/HB Analyst with strong contract build / contract maintenance experience. Part time and remote.

Location: United States

Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities

  • Epic PB Admin certification (SBO & Charge Router) required; HB Admin, CDM, and HB Charge Router certifications preferred. Strong experience with Benefit Engine, Epic Security, and Fee Schedules highly desired
  • Serve as an Epic PB/HB Analyst supporting PFS, SBO, and Revenue Integrity operations in daily system use and optimization
  • Resolve help desk tickets and troubleshoot PB/HB-related issues, ensuring timely and effective support
  • Participate in Epic quarterly releases, including NN review, build, and testing activities
  • Contribute to system projects requiring PB or HB analyst expertise, with priority focus on PB (HB certification/experience a significant plus)
