Job description

The Corham Agency | Financial Advisory seeks remote Customer Success Advisors to deliver consultative client service while advancing on a structured Agency Builder track toward leadership and residual income. This role combines prospecting, client education, policy placement, and ongoing portfolio servicing. Candidates may be licensed or new to the industry; licensing guidance, structured onboarding, and ongoing training are provided.

Position summary:

  • Provide client-centered consultations to assess life, health, and financial protection needs.
  • Explain product options clearly, ethically, and in a manner tailored to each client’s circumstances.
  • Recommend and present customized insurance and protection solutions.
  • Support clients through applications, underwriting, policy placement, onboarding, and renewals.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships through proactive follow-up and periodic outreach.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay current on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, compliance standards, and industry developments.
