Job description

The School Sisters of St. Francis located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin: a Catholic, non-profit nursing home community of religious residents is looking for a part-time Food Service Aide.


44 hours per pay period (every two weeks). Hours are either 9:30am-6:00pm or 3:00pm-6:00pm on pre-scheduled shift/days.


Must be available to work every other Saturday/Sunday shift from 9:30am-6:00pm.


2+ years of experience in Food Service is required.


The Food Service Aide is responsible for maintaining clean and sanitary work areas, preparing and portioning salads and desserts and serving residents in several different dining settings. The Food Service Aide is responsible for assisting in the setting up and clean-up of the dining areas, cleaning and sanitizing equipment and stocking work areas to prepare for the next shift.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent or working towards High School diploma and/or GED equivalent and 16 years of age or over. One year elated experience in food service setting required.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION:

Serv-Safe certification desired.

Pay starting at $17.50+ per hour based on experience.
