Now hiring Resident Service Aides (RSA)!

Eagle Point Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center is currently seeking skilled, compassionate, dedicated, and driven Resident Service Aides (RSA) who are interested in becoming State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) to welcome our ever-growing team! Our mission is to provide a patient-centered care environment that promotes a positive team environment, with honesty, dignity, and respect. And to maintain our reputation for being the preferred source for long-term care/skilled nursing and rehabilitation within the communities we serve.

We are looking to pay Resident Service Aides (RSA) who join our team to become state tested as a nursing assistant. You will be sent to classes to receive your certification and we will cover that expense.

Responsibilities of the Resident Service Aides (RSA) include:

Daily Duties

  • Pass water with dates on cups
  • Help pass meal trays
  • Help answer call lights
  • Stock Rooms (gloves, briefs, chucks, bags, soap, and/or creams)
  • Make beds during showers
  • Take smokers out for breaks
  • Take dirty linen to laundry
  • Take trash out

Monthly Duties

  • New bed pans, urinals, and basins are all dated with the last name.
  • New bags for bedpans, urinals, and basins are also dated with the last name and hung in the bathroom. The old ones are thrown away.
  • Clean wheelchairs
  • Clean refrigerators in resident rooms
  • Clean bedside tables
