Job description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Resident Service Assistant (RSA) to join our growing team in Williamsville, NY.

Resident service assistant position details:

We are hiring for Regular Part Time (3 days/week) positions. The scheduled hours will be 3pm - 11pm, with availability required on alternating weekends. 

 Resident service assistant job duties include:

  • Assist residents with dressing, bathing, personal grooming, and toileting.
  • Assist residents with transfers and wheelchair transport as needed.
  • Assist residents with laundering of clothing and light housekeeping.
  • Maintain resident care records and document services provided.
  • Monitor residents and report on their condition.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and person-centered care approach.
