  • Create and manage engaging daily, weekly, and monthly resident lifestyle calendars
  • Plan and coordinate social events, holiday celebrations, outings, entertainment, and wellness programming
  • Develop activities that promote independence, connection, and active living
  • Build strong relationships with residents and encourage community participation
  • Coordinate resident transportation schedules and off-site activities

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools preferred
  • Ability to work occasional weekends, evenings, and holidays as community needs require
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • State-required certifications, if applicable
