Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS) is seeking motivated physical therapists to join our Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program, a structured, high-impact training experience designed to accelerate clinical expertise and prepare clinicians for the Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) examination.

TPS, therapist-owned and operated since 2016, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services. We understand therapists because we are therapists ourselves, and we recognize the unique challenges clinicians face every day. As the provider of outpatient therapy services for Mary Washington, we're proud to be part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that brings together physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.

This program combines full-time clinical practice with advanced education and mentorship, helping you develop into a confident, highly skilled orthopedic clinician.

Possible Virginia Locations based on Mentor Availability: Fredericksburg, Stafford, King George, Ruther Glen

About the Residency Program

Developed in partnership with Therapy Partner Solutions, this residency is built by clinicians, for clinicians-with a focus on real world application, mentorship, and long-term professional growth.

Residents participate in a comprehensive blended learning model, including:

  • 300+ hours of structured didactic education
  • 150 hours of 1:1 mentorship
  • Full-time patient care in an orthopedic setting
  • Asynchronous and live virtual learning
  • In-person weekend intensive courses

  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
  • Licensed (or eligible) in the state of practice
  • Employed full-time by start of program
